For years, Mr. Winston radiated warmth and positivity, greeting drivers and passersby from his front porch on South Royal Avenue. His daily waves and kind spirit became a source of joy and comfort, embodying the true essence of Front Royal hospitality.

This heartfelt tribute is accompanied by an artist rendering created by Dr. Victoria Newman Ford, a local advocate and artist, who beautifully captures the spirit of Mr. Winston. As an eighth-generation Front Royalian, Victoria recognizes how deeply he embraced the values and warmth of our town.
